About The Role:
Bendigo Kangan Institute is one of Victoria's largest TAFE providers. As an Enrolment Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Corrections Portfolio across 8 Correctional Sites. The role is responsible for the processing of new student admissions from application and assessment right through to induction, enrolment, and completion.

We are excited about you because you have:
- Proficiency in a broad range of the Institute's support functions (finance, student records, purchasing, payroll etc.) and Government and host organisations data bases of highly confidential matters.
- Proficient user of Student Management System, Argos reporting system, JETS (Justice Education Training System, PETES/OSN, Gateway, USI Registry and Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to work within strict timelines, multi-task and prioritise work requirements for self and administrative team.
- Sound understanding of the Vocational Education and Training compliance and the Standards for RTO's, and experience navigating the Department of Education Training Website (training.gov.au)
- Victoria Diving Licence required for necessary travel as you may be requiredto provide back fill at various sites.
