Reporting to the Site Manager, the key purpose of this role is to ensure all Stock Inventories are accurate and robust within the ERP live systems. All Weigh bridge functions are correctly maintained and Customer Orders are processed in line with company expectations. The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Ensure that the daily administration processing procedures are followed per national timeframes and guidelines.
- Run and analyse inventory reports to ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Complete all inbound receival checking and verification.
- Conduct daily/monthly inventory reconciliations on inventory stock items.
- Management of weighbridge and transport bookings for site.
- Enter customer sales orders into ERP system accurately and promptly as required
- Allocation of all daily usage Schedule 4 Additives within ERP System.
- Maintain consistent supply of all required office stationary and staff amenities.
- Complete all CHEP-related transactions including Monthly reconciliations per current National procedures.
To be considered for the role you will have:
- A sound knowledge of general accounting, inventory and administration functions
- Previous experience working in an office, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- An understanding of AX D365 and Microsoft Office systems.
- Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate to all levels of management.
- High attention to detail.
