The organisation:
The Mission Directorate at Catholic Schools Parramatta are seeking an Administration Officer to be part of our team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator looking for experience working within Catholic Schools Parramatta.
As an Administration Officer, you will:
Act as a key department contact, answering and directing inquiries as they arise
Maintain accurate and accessible team data using available system tools
Collate team data into required documentation; reports, presentations, minutes, submissions, team communications etc
Maintain the service area or department space and physical assets
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and events
Process financial transactions on behalf of the directorate, ensuring proper compliance processes are adhered to.
Provide administrative support to the Head Mission
Provide General administrative support as required

You’ll bring to the role:
A high level of attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Experience in financial administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Well-developed communication skills.
Your love of collaborating with a team to get things done and comfort with seeking support from your peers when you’re figuring things out
Great time management skills for when things get busy.
The Qualifications:
Valid Paid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
