Administration Officer Strategic Planning
Full Time Ongoing Position
- Working closely with the Manager Strategic Planning and providing administrative support where required.
- Assisting with reviewing and allocating applications and coordinating responses to Statutory Planning
- Coordinate schedules, data entry, proofing documents and preparing general letters
- Assist with preparation of relevant reports
- Assisting with the tracking of budget spend and identifying upcoming spend
Administration Officer Statutory Planning
Full Time Temporary Parental Leave Cover Position (up to 28 February 2025)
- Working closely with the Manager Strategic Planning and providing administrative support where required
- Assisting with the administration of strategic planning projects
- Coordinating schedules, data entry, proofing documents and preparing general letters
- Assisting with preparation of relevant reports
- Assisting with the tracking of budget spend and identifying upcoming spend
- Coordinating Strategic Planning record keeping
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally the successful applicants will have the following:
- Working in an Administration Support Team, alongside two other Amin Officers.
- Providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Registration of Planning Applications
- Preparation of notification to landowners
- Preparation of referrals to relevant internal and external authorities
- Accurate maintenance of planning records and registers
Salary: Band 4 of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $68,554 to $73,299 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
