We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to provide quality customer service and effective administrative support to the Community Services Division.
Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week).
Remuneration package of $2,310.74 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $2,772.89 gross per fortnight + superannuation (11%).

Your new role
As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service and administrative support, reporting to the Manager Community Services.
Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Responsive & solution focused customer service;
Providing administrative support for the Community Services division’s teams which include Visitor Economy & Events, Community Development, Wagga Wagga City Library, Wagga Wagga Art Gallery, Civic Theatre, Museum of the Riverina, and Cultural Services;
Utilise and maintain databases and electronic records systems.
Undertake administrative duties including administering Council’s annual grants program, organising events, meetings, travel arrangements, purchase requisitions; and
Assist the Executive Assistant of the Director Community as required.
As the successful applicant, you will have the following:
Business administration qualifications and experience relevant to the role.
Class C Driver’s Licence.
