Responsibilities
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing Calls and Correspondence for the team
- Scheduling deliveries
- Managing delivery drivers jobs
- Raising Invoices
- Basic bookkeeping
- Guarantee timely payment of invoices, set clear due dates to ensure on time payments
- Ordering and maintaining retail and office supplies
- Develop relationships with your customers and providing exceptional aftersales care
- Keeping the office and showroom presentable
- Posting orders
- Replying to emails and basic sales leads to ensure nothing is missed and all customers are answered to
- Taking ownership of your roll within the business to uphold exceptional customer service standards
The Applicant
Ready to start immediately
- Needs to have at least 2 years experience in a similar roll
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with basic book keeping and using accounting softwares such as Xero, MYOB
- Able to adapt and work autonomously with attention to detail
- Is a concise communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- That loves people and has a passion for working with customers
The applicant will need to be available a Monday to Friday starting at 8:30am with a flexible finish time. Upon starting you will be given on the job training to ensure the transition of rolls is seamless.
