Your New Role
As an Administration Officer, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
What does your new role look like?
Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering
Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
Maintaining client and staff database/records
Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
Assisting with facility accounts
Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers
About You

Does this sound like you?
Previous administrative and rostering experience
Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
A flexible and team orientated approach
Available to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3pm
A driver's licence and access to a reliable car
Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
