Administration Officer - Part Time School Hours

Our Client is a Global Leader within the Logistics Industry. They are based in over 220 Countries, and are specialists in contract logistics.About the Role
They are currently recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant to join their growing team in Horsley Park.
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor you will be working Monday-Friday 9am-3pm and responsible for providing administration support to the Credit and Master Data Teams.In this role, your duties will include, however are not limited to the following;

• Downloading invoices from the Portal
• Collating copies of statements
• Scanning
• Filing
• Monthly Data Cleanses

About You
To be successful in this great assignment, you will have the following;

• High attention to detail
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel
• Team player with the ability to work within a fast paced dynamic environment
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
• Valid Drivers licence and own transport essential as the site is NOT accessible by public transport
