This function supports the Admin and Customer Service team at Kewdale and Fremantle Wharf with critical administrative activities.What you'll doPreparation of invoices for Warehousing Team.Assist with daily audits and reporting, and close out issues or escalate as required.Support with daily manifesting when required.Assist with upkeep of terminal fuel tags and any additions or deletions required.Assist with advertising weekly fuel bowser pricing.Assist with weekly delivery transit times.Calculation of weekly subcontractor FSC.Review weekly subcontractor payments prior to payment and flag any issues to Manager, Regional Administration.Reconcile and match rail subcontractor invoices.Work closely with Internal and External customers to reconcile issues with accounts.Work closely with account managers to close out connotes on hold due to unknown rates.Create adhoc consignment notes as required.Rate local consignment notes.Daily analysis of labour hours and fleet hire.Assist with review of local delivery allowances.Provide cover for all business support services within Accounts Payable, Payroll and Manifesting and Customer Service at for FCL Kewdale and Fremantle Wharf (where required)Ensure compliance with all documented Management System procedures.Other duties as directed.What you'll bring Strong customer service focus and capable of building strong functional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Effective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesSound computer skills, including Microsoft Office software (Excel)Able to work in a lively, busy and robust environmentAbility to work autonomouslyProfessional telephone manner An inclusive workplace works for everyone!We celebrate difference.
