Administration Officer

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Officer for an immediate start, this role will be based in Cairns QLD.

for this role, you will be required to

• Experience in a similar customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound computer skills
• A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
• Customer enquiries and sales, over the phone, via email and at the front counter
• Troubleshooting customer sales queries and questions
• Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, and purchasing

　
To be successful for this role, you will possess the following

• Hold a current Drivers License and Own Transport
• Previous administration experience
• Available to work Monday to Friday
• Able to pass a Pre-employment medical
• Highly motivated and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a "Can Do" attitude to safety and align to Programmed and our Clients company values
• An excellent attitude towards safety with strong safety values
