ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Merriwa
Parental Leave - 12 Month Contract (35 hour week)
The role:
The Administration Officer will provide effective and efficient administrative, secretarial, customer and financial support services to the Works Delivery team in Merriwa.
The role will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks including; drafting and preparing correspondence, completing compliance documentation, reports and business papers as required, as well as arrange meetings, venues, travel and accommodation for the division's personnel.
What we need from you:
Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Business, Administration, Local Government or related field and experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who also has a high attention for detail and demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You will need to be able to demonstrate your proven ability to provide a high level of administrative and support services and the ability to prioritise and plan work in order to meet deadlines.
