About the role:
- General administrative processing to support the People and Culture team as required.
- Maintenance of the HRIS system including processing and data entry of key P&C documentation
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of Human Resource/Learning/Payroll Information Systems
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and completeness of records is maintained.
- Ensure a quality experience is provided to all P&C and stakeholders.
About you:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision using initiative to follow up and/or escalate issues until resolved.
- Aptitude and ability with HR related application systems and technology.
- High attention to detail, excellent personal organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including application of customer service principles to all stakeholders in the recruitment process.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of applications particularly Word, Outlook and Excel. Aurion experience desired but not essential.
