YOUR NEW ROLE:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of administrative tasks within a process-driven environment. This team operates in a project-style setting, where activities progress along specified timelines. Projects vary in duration, with some being quick and others lasting up to 6 months.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your daily responsibilities will involve managing administrative duties for these projects, which includes email correspondence.
While full hands-on training is available on the systems and processes used, training of administration skills is not provided, you need admin experience.
In this role, there is no customer service component, you will not be engaging directly with customers. All communication is managed through email channels.
What you bring:
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in admin or project support.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Accurate data entry skills.
