About the Role
We are looking for someone who wants to make the world a little better and has an eye for detail!
You will be a member of our Health and Wellbeing team as our Billing and Administrative Officer, and part of our multidisciplinary team! We have a team of over 90 staff across both campuses in Sinnamon Park and Chermside. Our team includes Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Podiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Social Work, Nursing and many more!
The role involves assisting and managing the financial aspects of health and wellbeing services provided by the team.
You will be responsible for:
- Billing and invoicing
- Managing records and receipts
- Developing an in depth knowledge of organisational products and processes
- Assisting to resolve financial matters raised by the customer service and central finance team
- Supporting the Allied Health Managers with projects and tasks when required
Providing general finance, bookkeeping and office support
- Banking and various acocunt reconciliations as well as accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with the end of month process function, general finance reporting and other support duties,
- Data entry and analysis
About You
- Relevant experience working as an administration officer, bookkeeper or billing officer
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with staff, clients and families
- Exceptional communicaiton skills
- Commitment to teamwork and quality improvements
- Drivers License
