Join our dynamic team and be part of a new chapter for Chadstone Motor Group, including Chadstone Ford, Chadstone Hyundai, and Chery Chadstone Dealerships.
Location: Oakleigh
Reporting to: Senior Administration Manager
About the Role:
As an Administration & Registrations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling registrations with VICROADS
- Managing stock control administration
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining customer records
- Providing reception relief
- Assisting the accounting team with adhoc tasks and reporting
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with Pentana (preferred but not essential)
