We are currently seeking the services of an enthusiastic, highly professional, customer focused Administrator/Service Coordinator to join the team at our Dandenong South Head Office Showroom.
With a solid reputation in the heating industry, we pride ourselves on manufacturing quality wood-heater and gas log fire products matched only by our quality customer service and competitive marketing strategy.

The role: a part-time, primarily retail administration/sales coordination role in our showroom in Dandenong South Head Office Showroom. You will also be responsible for documenting and receipting daily sales data, maintaining communication with customers, scheduling deliveries and product installations, carefully following corporate procedures and processes, close review of store budgets and targets.
Your ideal skills and characteristics should include:
Polite and proficient customer interaction.
Passion for sales and customer service Accurate attention to recording relevant sales data (Retail software).
Ability to manage daily, weekly and monthly procedures.
Ability to professionally communicate with customers and manage receipt and settlement of accounts.
Extremely well organised Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task Able to work autonomously and effectively with other team members to optimise workflow.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill.
Present a professional work ethic, and value integrity, honesty and commitment.
Possess a positive and energetic 'can do' attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Weekend Rostering Essential While heating appliance knowledge is not a necessity - excellent customer service and close attention to detail is paramount.
