We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join our team in the position of Administration /Patient Care Co-ordinator at our Joondalup clinic.
About the role
Your day to day responsibilities include;
• Providing 'front of clinic' services for our team - in person and via phone
• Co-ordinate and schedule patient's therapy programs
• Handle general inquiries, over the counter sales and provide assistance to patients experiencing difficulties by trouble shooting in person or over the phone
• Maintain up-to-date patient records including documentation of patient follow up calls or visits, prescription details, current therapy settings/authorised changes to therapy, and CPAP machine download data
• Liaise with referring physicians and sleep clinics to ensure appropriate follow up and maintenance of patient care
• Management of stock levels, ensuring both retail and trial stock / equipment are accurately monitored and maintained.
• Accurate cash handling and invoicing for retail sales
• Sterilizing and maintenance of trial equipment

To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role. Relevant experience: Health Care Reception/Admin, Pharmacy Assistant
- Intelligent and considered with the capacity to thrive under pressure, deal with ambiguity and make positive use of the opportunity it presents.
- Be a strong customer empathiser, with a focus on the best outcome for the individual, whilst setting high standard for quality and customer care.
- Possess strong communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of the customer and their reactions with positive solutions.
- A strong listener with the ability to think in an agile manner to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
