ABOUT THE ROLE
 
We are currently seeking a self-sufficient receptionist to join a rapidly growing team where you will be working closely with the WA manager and Administration Team, whilst being the first point of contact for the business. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  
·       Answering all incoming calls
·       Data entry
·       Supporting Finance Team
·       Maintaining and filing of archives
·       Raising general sales invoices, including disbursements
·       Restocking of stationery/consumables
·       General ad-hoc Administration duties
