A role with unique responsibilities
This role is a very important role at Monash Ultrasound for Women, providing administrative support to the Medical Director. Not one day will be the same with your responsibilities ranging from preparing presentations, formatting digital images or maintaining the image archive and database for fetal abnormalities. With exceptional attention to detail, underpinned by consistency and care, you will directly enhance our patient outcomes.
Are you the ideal candidate for us?
The ideal candidate will support the Medical Director through timely and considered communication. Ideally you will bring the following:
- Demonstrable medical/specialist administrative experience
- Ability to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to proofread, edit, format and trial run on PowerPoint slides and presentations
- Required to create brochures, flyers, and other media handouts
- Be able to de-identify, crop and add watermarks to Ultrasound videos.
- Create data tables on Excel and PowerPoint as well as creating various other documents on Word and Publisher
- Printing up articles and documents from PDF files and websites online
- Creating animated GIFS and images on Photoshop
- On ad hoc basis will be required to download public videos from YouTube and other platforms, for lectures and PDF documents
