Administration Assistant - People, Support and Culture Beaumaris VIC 3193 Position ObjectiveProvide the first point of contact for the organisation and coordinate all incoming communication and documentation, directing to appropriate staff. Ensure all administrative equipment and scheduling is completed accurately whilst maintaining utmost confidentiality in all tasks.Primary duties and responsibilities; Utilise Rostering Software Program (Roster Live) Perform data entry ensuring accuracy and conciseness (iChris) Utilise Microsoft office applications – word processing, spreadsheet, internet and emailing Communicate effectively via written, technological, oral and interpersonal avenues Maintain current understanding of Award and Industrial Relations Legislation Coordinate Supervision database, communicate identified issues to Manager - People Support and Culture. Identify operational issues and communicate to Manager - People Support and Culture Provide administrative assistant to Manager – book appointments and prepare paperwork when necessary Coordinate new employee paperwork, checking all paperwork is submitted and liaising with payroll Coordinate new employee hard copy and electronic file Maintain employee personnel…
