The Opportunity
The Banyans Health and Wellness is seeking an admin superstar to join our Guests Services team to support our amazing offering to our guests. This person will be required to provide support to The Banyans Guest Services Coordinator in the administration and coordination of wellness program operations for guests of The Banyans Residence, as well as provide support to the Banyans team. The support given is vital in ensuring the successful operations of The Banyans as an organisation and related events and services, while effectively delivering quality care to all guests.
About You
Our programs are residential based and the ideal person will possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative/secretarial role preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working in the delivery of residential, clinic or in-patient services within the healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities within specific timeframes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in supporting the development of administrative processes systems in a practice/office environment.
- Excellent communication skills across different platforms with a range of audiences.
- Highly developed computer skills and comfort within a rapidly growing environment.
- Proven ability to solve problems with a proactive and positive approach.
- Ability to maintain an undeniably high level of compassion and confidentiality at all times.
