About this role
Based in our Osborne Park office, you will:
- Provide administrative support to Discovery at Play ELC centre managers, including but not limited to; helping them create documents or reports, word processing, filing, editing, proof reading, ordering, photocopying or other administrative tasks.
- Social media and website collaboration in line with our brand
- Personal Assistant duties for managing directors
- To work as an effective team member.
- Ensure the service’s documentation is completed and filed according to Regulatory and WHS requirement and ACECQA Standard
- Assist with preparing documentation (i.e. training manuals, induction preparation, policies etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to staff.
- Assist with data entry as requested.
About you:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Punctual, proactive, honest and responsible with integrity and a good sense of humor.
- Knowledge and or understanding of early childhood education and care settings is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office suite to include excel and outlook
- Desirable Childcare Software Owna
- High level computer literacy skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
