As an integral part of our team, you'll provide vital support to patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.We value candidates with a strong foundation in administration and customer service, which may include relevant experience gained through previous roles, or extracurricular activities. This could involve positions such as part-time roles during schooling or involvement in clubs/organisations where organisational and customer service skills were developed.The Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time 48.00 hours per fortnight. This position is worked primarily 3 days per week WED-FRI. Flexibility is required if operational changes are needed.
The Position:In this role you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Acute & Sub-Acute wards. Key to this role is the provision of outstanding customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, with an approach that emphasises professionalism, approachability, responsiveness, and compassion.

Key selection criteria:- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person-centred manner.
- A competent user of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook with good keyboard and data entry kills
- The proven capacity to learn and adapt to different work areas in a proactive and positive manner
- A self-starter that is solution-focused and with a proven capacity to problem solve within the scope of the position.
