The Contract:
Ongoing Part-Time 30.00 hours per fortnight, working every second Friday – Monday.
Weekend shifts - 07.30 – 16.00, Weekday shifts - either 07.30 – 15.00 or 12.30 – 20.00.
The Position:
In this role you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Acute/Sub-Acute wards. Key to this role is the provision of outstanding customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, with an approach that emphasises professionalism, approachability, responsiveness, and compassion.

Key selection criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person-centred manner.
- A competent user of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook with good keyboard and data entry skills
- The proven capacity to learn and adapt to different work areas in a proactive and positive manner
