About Department
Sale Linen Service is a business unit of Central Gippsland Health Service supplying linen to 133 clients across multiple service models including health, hospitality and other private industries. The service employs approximately 40 staff making up 32 EFT and earns over $3M in revenue per annum. The linen services not only services the local community but customers from Moe to Orbost and Omeo to Wonthaggi.
About the Role
This position will work collaboratively to provide reception and administrative support services to the Sale Linen Service. This role that supports the linen staff and it’s engagement with health, aged care and other customers.
- Process and maintain all Linen Service accounts enquiries
- Support the Manager with timely and accurate month end processes, including reconciliation of creditor statements, following up payments and unpresented cheques and other discrepancies.
- Perform mail duties when required and as appropriate.
- Processing purchase requests and invoices for approval.
- General Administration Support such as Photocopying , Scanning, filing and Data Entry
About You
- Minimum Certificate III in a related discipline or relevant experience in related field
- Keyboard and data entry skills and the ability to touch type
- Experience dealing with and supporting customers and / or providers
