About the Role
- Complete general administration and secretarial duties including mail, typing, formatting, photocopying, data entry, and filing as well as contributing to development of databases and spreadsheets, complete data entry, maintain accuracy and integrity of information in databases and produce and action reports when requested.
- Prepare and distribute agendas for meetings, source and organise venue, facilities, equipment and catering if required and confidential recording of minutes during meetings.
- Diary management and email management for senior staff as instructed including scheduling, prioritising, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated/supporting documentation and organise travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Act as primary point of contact for the unit for all incoming and outgoing communication.
