Home Integrity is growing and we need an experienced chatter box with great attention to detail to lead our front desk operations. If you love people, enjoy talking all day and get a little buzz from organisation and scheduling you are in for a treat!
In a nutshell, we need you to answer the phone/emails/web enquiries and take bookings. Sprinkle in some data entry, scheduling, and admin support and that’s the role.
Ideally, you will be an experienced professional with at least 5 years working in a similar office setting.
This full time, office-based role will see you start at 9.30 am and finish at 5.30 pm to give our team maximum phone coverage.
Now the nitty gritty. The role would benefit from the below attributes
- Computer literate with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confident phone manner and keen to go the extra mile to assist clients
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously
- Sound knowledge of Perth suburbs is an advantage
- Ability to pivot quickly when a situation changes
- Background in the construction or real estate/settlements industry = extra bonus points
- Data entry / knowledge of ServiceM8 Software also = extra bonus points
