Collins Hume are looking to recruit a business Administration Trainee to join our company. Initially, you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures, and instructions.
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a certificate III) in Business.

About the Opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative support to the broader team
- Data entry & physical filing
- Making phone calls
- Replying to emails
- maintain customer information in software
- Some bookkeeping tasks
- Maintaining worksheets and internal software use
- Maintaining and completing files and records as needed
The successful candidate will:
- Strong interest in business administration
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Ability to pick up knowledge quickly
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Customer service focused
