The Role:
Grosvenor is looking for an Administration Assistant to support our Safety team to cover a 12-month fixed term contract. Working out of our Moorebank office and reporting to the Group HSEQ Manager, this role will provide key administrative support to key stakeholders nationally, supporting safety, health and wellbeing projects. This role is open to recent graduates as well as anyone looking to jumpstart their career in administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HSEQ records and documentation
- Manage all safety inductions and client specific safety requirements using portals
- Assist all sites in drafting, reviewing, and implementing SWMS procedures and site safety plans
- Maintain portal compliance by uploading company documents and insurances
- Assist with monitoring and management of HSEQ related programs
- Coordinate distribution of all HSEQ related communications and initiatives
- Management of action close out reports incident investigation and other HSEQ related activities.
- Assist in the coordination of health, safety and wellness initiatives
Provide administrative support relating to HSEQ across Grosvenor Engineering Group
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar administrative role preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability in written communication, administration and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Experience in health & safety or similar role preferred but not essential.
- Recent graduates or candidates who graduate soon, are encouraged to apply
