GI Insurance Brokers are currently looking for a Reception/Administration officer to assist with our day to day work flow.
If you have a passion for customer service, and enjoy being part of a friendly and dynamic team this may be the job for you. Duties would include, but not limited to:
- Being primary phone/switchboard operator
- Greeting of clients upon entry
- Administration tasks as required by our industry
- Banking
- Restocking of office items
This position would suit someone either looking to re-enter the workforce, just starting out, or requiring part-time to allow for study outside of the workplace. A good attitude is a must, we can train anything else!
Part time hours to be negotiated with a minimum of 22.5 hours a week desired, however, full time can also be considered for the right applicant.
