At Kidz Magic Heathwood we take pride in delivering exceptional care and education to our vibrant community. Our child care centre operates between 6:15am-6:15pm Monday to Friday.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our welcoming and fun team. The position is a flexible part time role, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome families, providing warm and helpful assistance as needed.
- Perform front office protocols and procedures as directed.
- Manage family enrolments and accounts efficiently, utilizing XAP software (training provided).
- Handle debt management responsibilities.
- Maintain clean and organised reception areas.
- Collaborate closely with our Centre Manager to ensure the centre operates smoothly.
- Hold a current Blue Card.
- Provide a National Police Check dated no less than 6 months.
