Reporting to the Office & Facilities Booking Manager, this is a cross campus position with time shared across both the Cranbourne and Clyde North Campuses. Experience working in an education setting would be well regarded but is not essential.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is a front office receptionist, being the first point of contact, greeting visitors, monitoring and authorising the late entrance and early departure of students and visitor access to the College’s campuses.
- Answers phone calls and directs calls and queries as appropriate.
- Assists various departments with administrative duties.
- Has exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
- Has excellent communication skills, and is able to work as part of the College’s administrative team
- Is competent in digital technologies.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold both of Working With Children Check (Employment) and a National Police Check.
