The Role
This role is a mixture of administrative support and entry level secretariat function. You will:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Help coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally and courteously
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organisation

- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- $65k - $80k + 11% Superannuation
