About the role
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for operating switchboard and dealing with general enquiries, receiving booking enquiries and booking official and social prisoner visits to Karnet Prison Farm.
The position also provides administrative support in relation to correspondence, word processing, data entry and other general clerical duties to assist with the efficient and effective operation of the prison.
