AddressWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fitzpatrick Estate Lawyers.
We are a small boutique law firm and have offices in Elizabeth Street Sydney and Castle Hill. The successful applicant would be required to work at our city office and would also be able to work from home, a laptop with sim and phone will be provided.
This position is part time:10:00 am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday.
The position entails:
- Managing appointment calendars for the Principal and Senior Associate.
- Communicating with clients.
- Preparation of documentation using Microsoft word, printing, scanning, filing.
- General other clerical and administrative duties.
- Knowledge of Smokeball software is an advantage.
