Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will ensure smooth office operations, support staff and clients, and be capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, manage emails, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain and update client records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute reports and documents.
- Support with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Required Documentation:
- Valid Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Endorsement and experience working within NDIS documentation and compliance.
- Previous experience in the industry preferred.
