AddressSituated in the stunning surrounds of the Tasman Municipality, Tasman Council offers the opportunity for a suitably skilled person to join our team as Administration Assistant for the Development and Environmental Services Department and the Infrastructure Department. This is a permanent full time position that is split over the two department, offering a diverse and fast moving role within Local Government.
This is a key position within Council, providing high level administrative support to two crucial departments, including but not limited to the preparation of correspondence, purchasing and ordering, contact with the public and other government agencies, as well as records management.
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate a high level of organisation and the ability to work to competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A high level of discretion and the ability to liaise cooperatively with a range of stakeholders will be essential to successfully accomplishing the requirements of this role.
