Woolcott Land Services is an established business with offices in Launceston and St Helens. We offer land development services including surveying, planning, bushfire assessments and project management across Tasmania.
This Administration Assistant position is in our Launceston office.

Within our team we have an extensive amount of experience and a diverse wealth of knowledge, ensuring that if you get "stuck” we have the expertise needed to help you out.
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on experience and knowledge.
This position is a permanent part-time position (3 days a week, approximately 22.80 hours from 9am -5pm). We are flexible with the days and hours of work, preferably two of these days to include Monday and Wednesday. Please include your availability in your application.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly manner – our client relationship is our strength and we value our level of service.
Answering all calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
Management of incoming email and telephone leads
Delivering messages via email in a professional manner
Filing and archiving
General office housekeeping
Office purchasing (amenities, stationery etc.)
Mail collection
Skills and experience of a successful applicant:
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
Effective time management and process skills
Experience with MS Office applications
The ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed
Available for an immediate start
