The role:
- Provide face to face and telephone reception services for CAMHS clients.
- Ensure sensitive and confidential handling of all enquiries, and that information is provided to the correct clinician in a timely manner.
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties as required by senior staff and other clinicians with the team.
- Liaise with a variety of personnel, including staff, clients and outside organisations.

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) works with consumers aged 0-18 who are experiencing Mental Health issues, and their carers. The Administrative Assistant provides direct customer service and reception duties for the team, and contributes to outcomes as the first point of contact for people entering the service.
Details of Appointment
Fixed term, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible for 3 months.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $64,125 to $68,925 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
