We're looking for candidates who have
- Completed Year 12 or equivalent.
- A strong willingness to learn & mature attitude.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong time management skills & work ethic.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Xero a bonus
Key Duties Include
- Administrative assistant.
- Take minutes at company operations meetings.
- Maintain our client and project database.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Maintenance of EMS Records.
- Maintain and update IMS forms/documentation and content under guidance of Managers.
- Basic data Entry using Xero.
- Assistance as required by management.
The salary expectation for this candidate would be a $70k package plus superannuation
