Job Title: Junior Administrative Assistant - Tenant Relations

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth interactions between tenants and property management, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair jobs with tenants, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
- Confirm appointments and schedules with tenants and property managers, providing necessary information and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between tenants and property managers, facilitating communication and addressing issues or requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with tenants and property managers to ensure satisfaction with completed jobs and address any outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate records of job bookings, schedules, and communications with tenants and property managers.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining tenant files and documentation related to maintenance and repair requests.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and efficient operation of the office.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants and property managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to tenants and property managers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred but not required.
