AddressA full-time position will be opening for a highly motivated person to join BDO NT, a busy firm of Chartered Accountants & Advisers.
Administration duties include but not limited to:
- Mail collection and distribution
- eFiling and archiving duties
- Maintenance of internal registers
- Scanning, photocopying and collating documents
- Stationery ordering
- Deliveries
- General office duties
- Reception backup.
The applicant must possess the following:
- Be fully competent with Microsoft products
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Able to maintain a pleasant manner in a busy work environment
- A professional approach and be well groomed
- Current NT Drivers licence (essential).
An above award wage will be offered to the successful applicant.
