The Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our clinicians and clients, ideally three days per week. The role requires working in our office in St Leonards and would start in late May 2024.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Monitoring emails and answering the phone
- Liaising with clients, clinicians, and external medical professionals
- Assisting clients and clinicians with referrals and Medicare rebates
- Invoicing and taking payment
- Diary management and booking appointments
- Administration support for the clinicians (e.g., scanning and uploading documents, formatting letters)
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone motivated, organised and reliable. We also hope to find someone who is interested in working at Redleaf for at least a couple of years.
Required skills:
- Detail focused
- Ability to work independently
- Good time management skills and capacity to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable on the phone
- Understanding of client confidentiality and privacy needs
Previous allied health reception experience is desirable.
