We are a pro active firm of Accountants located in Bundoora who specialise in providing quality accounting and taxation services to a range of businesses, trusts, partnerships, individuals and families.
About the role
As an Administration Assistant you will be required to work alongside our team of experienced Accountants to deliver a professional service to our clients. This is a part time position - Monday to Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Mature aged welcome.
The office duties will include but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparation of ATO documentation and liaising with ATO
- Lodging clients tax returns
- Client files creation and set up on MYOB and ATO Portal
- General email and correspondence management
- Set up of companies and trusts
- Filing, scanning and other accounting administrative duties
Skills and experience
Prior work experience in Accounting Administration preferred
Strong administration skills
Computer literate to intermediate level including (Outlook, Word,& Excel)
Excellent communication skills and customer service
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
