Defence Coating Systems is a leading Protective Coating company to many South Australian businesses. We work with businesses across many industries, including defence, agricultural, manufacturing and home improvement.
We are seeking a positive and flexible support person to join our busy team. The successful candidate will undertake a range of tasks, including:
- reception;
- input of customer orders;
- processing certificates;
- telephone and email contact with customers;
- creating, editing and formatting documents;
- filing
The ideal candidate will have:
- excellent attention to detail;
- good typing skills;
- knowledge of MYOB;
- friendly manner;
- a flexible service oriented approach to work.
The successful applicant will be organised, have a professional telephone manner and confident communication skills. You will be a team player who shows initiative and is motivated to meet and exceed expectations.

This part time position is offered as 3 days per week from 8am to 4pm, however days may alter as agreed over time.
This opportunity could suit an experienced administrator, or a junior who has the right attitude and wants to pursue an administrative career. On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate as needed.
