What does a standard week look like?
- Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
- Preparing boardroom, welcoming clients and clearing the boardroom for further use
- Deliveries and collections within the CBD
- Filing (physical and electronic)
- Collecting, processing and distributing mail
- Electronic filing of court documents
- Scanning, printing and archiving
- Tidying and stocking the office, kitchen and stationery areas
- Assisting the Legal Secretary team with tasks
- Coordinating office functions
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as your skills grow

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 6 months of office experience and great attention to detail. You will have strong MS Office proficiency, impeccable organisation and self-management skills with a strong ability to prioritise your day and tasks.
