Our Beenleigh Operations Team has a vacancy for a self-motivated and customer focused team player to assist us in achieving that goal! The Administration Assistant position is an integral part of our team.The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you'll be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in completing all operations and distribution administration work in a timely and accurate manner. This includes scheduling for the next day, managing customer accounts, and coordinating daily operations to achieve revenue targets, all while upholding the Coregas brand and complying with the Coregas Quality Management System.What you will be doing
- Internal Operations: You'll be assisting and supporting the Sales Office Coordinator, keeping them informed of the progress of inquiries and tasks.
- New Customer Enquiries and Sales: You'll be responsible for general office duties such as data entry, generating quotes, creating and assisting with invoices, banking, and payroll.
- Customer Relationship Management: You'll be providing exceptional customer service to all Coregas Cryoserve customers and business partners, coordinating and maintaining customer contracts, equipment servicing, and repairs.
- Safety: You'll be ensuring a safe workplace for all staff and customers by maintaining compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: You'll be identifying safety and health hazards, reporting all risks, hazards, incidents, near misses, and accidents.
- Formal Qualifications: TAFE qualifications in Office or Business Administration.
- Skill and experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role with strong administration and work coordination skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of transport distribution and run scheduling.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills including preparing quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and managing customer accounts.
- Superior interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
