This exciting opportunity is for a part-time Administration Assistant requiring 22.8 hours per week.Based in Cairns and reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing and managing advertising bookings
- Assisting in the preparation of advertising proposals
- Accurate maintenance of client and revenue records
- Developing key client and business relationships
- Providing administrative assistance
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite - Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- An aptitude for analysing numbers
