The position of Corporate Receptionist is primarily responsible for ensuring that all clients and guests have an exceptional experience every time they contact Capital Partners. In addition, they will provide high level administrative support to the broader team. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves interacting with clients and is willing to pitch in wherever is needed in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge that our purpose is to serve clients, each other, and the community.
- Be a friendly voice when clients call or visit the office.
- Manage client appointments, meeting rooms, AV equipment, and general office operations.
- Assist in day-to-day office management.
- Maintain client records meticulously, ensuring data integrity.
- Train new team members on client experience and our soft phone system.
- Provide administrative support to the client services and operations team.
- Job sharing may involve ad-hoc administrative assistance for other team members (e.g., events setup).
- Follow internal processes, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
Attributes of the Role
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Clear written and verbal communication skills;
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Familiarity with handling matters of a confidential and sensitive nature;
