Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Scheduler
Employment Type: Permanent full-time (2 days remote)
Location: Cannington, WAResponsibilities:
- Manage phone and email enquiries, including new job requests.
- Coordinate with managers and technicians to resolve outstanding tasks.
- Email management and redirect queries as needed.
- Assist in planning technicians' workload.
- Create and review job requests in the system.
- Manage service reports using SharePoint.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of service reports and timesheets.
- Cross-check incoming correspondence for adherence to internal processes.
- Process purchase orders and manage authorisation for service activities.
- Generate orders for uniforms and PPE.
- Handle corporate travel requests and bookings.
- File and archive necessary documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager and team members.
