Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Scheduler
Employment Type: Permanent full-time (2 days remote)
Location: Cannington, WAResponsibilities:

• Manage phone and email enquiries, including new job requests.
• Coordinate with managers and technicians to resolve outstanding tasks.
• Email management and redirect queries as needed.
• Assist in planning technicians' workload.
• Create and review job requests in the system.
• Manage service reports using SharePoint.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of service reports and timesheets.
• Cross-check incoming correspondence for adherence to internal processes.
• Process purchase orders and manage authorisation for service activities.
• Generate orders for uniforms and PPE.
• Handle corporate travel requests and bookings.
• File and archive necessary documents.
• Provide administrative support to the Manager and team members.
